In the workshop you will work one on one with Michael Blakemore. The purpose of this workshop is to assist you in the detailed research you need to conduct prior design with the assistance of a licensed Architect. The biggest problem many times is people dive right into the design phase. Then after having spent a great deal of time and money they find what they want cannot be built, is to costly, or is not even approvable by local governing agencies. MBA has developed a step by step system outlined below that helps to eliminate the risk associated with a lack of initial research. This system has been refined over the dozens of homes we have designed.
