Casa Victoria was designed as a sustainable duplex vacation rental property on the coast of Baja California. The owner wanted a contemporary vacation home that highlighted the natural landscape. We created a home focused on outdoor entertaining, with ocean and mountain views from every angle. The double roof decks create a space for relaxing while also incorporating an ample amount of solar collection powering the entire property. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area create a community-style space for parties, gatherings, and relaxing in the desert landscape. This house also features large murals designed by a local artist, an oversized pool, gardens, a fire pit, and a sunken conversation space.
